Housing Solutions
JM&M offers innovative and unique housing solutions for employees of hospitals, schools, and EMS service providers. These kinds of housing benefits have been proven to reduce anxiety, increase job satisfaction, and lower employee turnover.
Qualifying Employees
While JM&M largely leave who does and does not qualify for a benefit up to the company we are working with, due to our non-profit mission we have decided that we will only offer our housing benefits for employees making less than $60,000 per year.
Qualifying Housing
In order for a property to qualify for JM&M assistance, the property owner needs to sign an agreement with JM&M that they will only charge up to 90% of the fair market value rent for the property while the qualifying tenant lives there. This way everyone is working together to make the community a better place, the institution, the property owner, and JM&M.
Benefits Offered
Depending on what the institution wants, there are several different levels of coverage that JM&M is able to provide. Coverage depends largely on how much the institution is willing to spend every month and how many employees it wants to serve.
