Jen Marie & Me

We are a small, Southern Arizona non-profit that helps educators, medical professionals, and first responders by providing unique benefits. Our founder, Jen Marie, has worked in healthcare and education for the past 20 years and knows the struggles of both industries.

Note that we only work with institutions and organizations, we do not work with individuals (B2B only).

The JM&M Approach

What we really need.

Hospitals need nurses. Communities need police officers. Families need teachers. We call these three groups of people “community pillars.” You would think that with all of us relying on each other, that we would be sure to take care of our community pillars’ needs so that they could take care of us. Sadly, this often is not the case.

What they really need.

From transportation to housing and job services, Jen Marie and Me fills that gap with teachers, first responders, and nurses. We empower organizations to give their teams of community pillars the benefits that allow them to continue doing their jobs and supporting the rest of us.

FAQ

  • First things first, don't be nervous. We'll start with a free consultation to determine your design needs (and if we'll make great collaborators).

  • Pricing is based on both the project's scope and your desired timeline. I promise fair rates and will always require your approval before we begin.

Remote teachers start around $1,200 per month.

Transportation programs start around $3,000 per month (with a year ramp-up before benefits realized).

Housing programs vary based on need, but typically start around $15,000 per month.

  • Timelines depend on the project. For Transportation programs, you generally have to accrue at least $30,000 in your benefits account before the first vehicles can be distributed. For housing, it depends on the desired goals.
